Begoña Jamardo graduated in English by the USC in 1989, after which he taught for one year at Richmond Upon-Thames College (UK).  In 1990 she did a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and in 1998 she obtained a High Diploma in International Business, both by Novacaixagalicia Business School, a leading business training centre associated to the University of Vigo. She has been an Associate Teacher at the University of Vigo and a Visiting Teacher at the University of Viana do Castelo (Portugal). She has also been a trainer in presentation skills with major companies such as NH Group Spain, Eroski Group, or the Galician Car Cluster, and public administration institutions, such as the Galician Institute of Consumption, the Regional Education Ministry and the Regional Health Ministry (Sergas).  At present, she heads the Master in International Business and she is a Senior Lecturer in Communication Skills at Novacaixagalica Business School and the Galician School of Public Administration (EGAP). Also, she is a Visiting Lecturer of Intercultural Communication at the Executive MBA of the Poznan University of Economics (Poland). She is doing her PhD thesis on the relevance of body language in presentation skills in L2.
